Before we collect
Can I book green waste removal without gardening work?
Yes. Book our reusable bag collection service on its own, or ask for a quote for a larger pile of green waste. You do not need a garden maintenance contract.

Our bag collection service starts in the Malvern area. Check your full postcode above for current coverage. For a larger load or an address outside the bag collection area, send an enquiry so we can check the route and quote.
When will my bags be collected?
After we deliver your empty bags, fill them with accepted green waste and mark them ready through your private waste account link. The collection timescale is shown above and confirmed when you book. Booking bags does not reserve a same-day collection.
When do I pay?
Pay £20 per bag upfront through our secure Stripe checkout. Empty-bag delivery is included where needed. With your consent, Stripe saves your card for this waste service. Existing customers can book using their private waste account link.
What if I have a large loose pile?
Use the larger-load quote form below. Tell us what is in the pile, its approximate size, where it is and how we can reach it. We will confirm the scope and price before arranging removal.
Can soil, turf or general rubbish go in the bags?
No. The bags are for green garden waste: grass cuttings, hedge trimmings, leaves, plants and small branches. Keep soil, turf, rubble, treated timber, food and household rubbish out. We may refuse collection until bags can be safely loaded onto our van and contain only appropriate green waste.
